The menu is refreshingly concise, pared down to standard ramen and a special bowl, allowing diners to focus on the craftsmanship in front of them without hesitation.

The shop serves Kyoto-style seabura shoyu ramen. While finely minced pork back fat is flecked across the surface, the broth underneath remains remarkably clean and light on the palate.
